Sesame Peanut-Butter Noodle

In contrast to a plain boring look, this was full of garlic and had a good fragrance, and the mellowness and spiciness of the peanuts made a perfectly balanced meal.

This is a very simple meal, and you can add some vegetables, fried tofu, chicken, or whatever addition you'd prefer to add on!

Many people like to use soba noodles for sesame noodles, but me, I like to use rice or udon noodles, which help you simply enjoy the rich flavor of the peanut butter and sesame.

Power of Peanuts!

Peanuts are an excellent sauce of minerals, vitamins, and protein. Moreover, they are rich in protein, good fats, and fiber.

For example, vitamin E, which is abundant in peanuts, has strong antioxidant power, suppresses active oxygen, and prevents the oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids.

And peanuts contain a lot of unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid and linoleic acid.

This unsaturated fatty acid has the effect of suppressing bad cholesterol, preventing lifestyle-related diseases such as arteriosclerosis, and is said to be useful in preventing obesity.
