1 lb ground pork
2 tablespoon graded ginger
1 tablespoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 cup panko
Salt and pepper for taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Place parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet.
Mix all the ingredients and make 12 meatballs. Place them on the prepared rimmed baking sheet.
